The Northside Magazine writer Kerrie Davies loved the idea of eating and sketching.

As far as I know, no one else is tutoring this. It’s a new concept. To be in a restaurant sketching food as a class. People love learning new and different things, so why not be right there where it really happens.

So quite a few who’d been previous Cake Sketching get a mention, plus their little tricks to achieving the result they want.You can read this if you click twice. It was an excellent piece of journalism.
